CLEC BILLING ANALYST - Multiple positions to $60K:
What you'll be doing:
- Part of an elite team that is dedicated to national/major accounts with direct interface with clients/customers/wholesalers
- Analyzing hi cap circuit billing to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
What you need to experience/qualifications you need qualify for this position:
- Minimum two years experience CLEC/Telco dealing with: high capacity circuits, such as provisioning & billing/invoicing auditing
- Additional experience in wireless, blackberries, etc. would also be very helpful
- Telecommunication billing software (They will teach you their specialized proprietary software)
- Strong customer-service/customer savings skills
