NORTEL DATA TECHNICIAN - ENGINEER:

What you will be doing:
You will be a part of a dynamic team of engineers supporting the installation, maintenance and monitoring of our clients data network. The successful candidate must be able to work independently within a team environment and be able to independently resolve issues and deliver services on time. This is a senior level network engineer position that requires very strong networking skills, but also strong management and communication skills.
What you need to Qualify:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- NORTEL experience is mandatory.
- Routers and switch experience - preferably 5520, 8600, 3300's
- LAN, WAN, and WLAN device experience
- Monitoring and trouble shooting skills of frame relay/ATM networking services
- Prior expertise in overseeing of data networking and WLAN devices and documenting standards and scopes.
- Prior experience as a system engineer on all phases of analysis, design, testing, and ability to provide ongoing support
- BA degree or Technical degree in a related field (or equivalent experience in an engineering or telecommunication environment).
