PEOPLESOFT LARGE SCALE ERP IMPLEMENTATION Contract Opportunities Columbus OH 1 year +

What you will be doing:

Consulting and assisting the clients current team team with a large scale ERP implementation. Our client is looking for the following skilled Candidates:

PeopleSoft Architect: 1 year

Enterprise architecture with emphasis on PeopleSoft integrations and PeopleSoft architecture the goal of this area of help is to give the team guidance on certain areas like customization tracking, previous experiences and things to avoid on a project with a major ERP implementation, validation of our security model/strategy, best practices for integration and if possible a proof of concept. Must have: Experience supporting or implementing any of the following: PEOPLESOFT FIN/SCM/HCM modules

Testing Tool expert: 1 year

  • Well rounded background in IT and ERP implementations and understanding of testing practices as applied to ERP implementations
  • Reports to the Testing Coordinator and the Implementation and Deployment Director.
  • Execute testing processes and cycles through all test stages.
  • Development of testing plans and scripts within the guidelines of the testing strategy
  • Execute testing plans within the guidelines of the testing strategy
  • Development of testing plans
  • Create and execute test schedules to support milestone deliverables
  • Deliver test status reporting
  • Development of test scripts and results
  • Work with testing participants to execute tests and interpret results
  • Analyze test effort results and work with testing participates to resolve or improve findings
  • Respond and solve test incident findings
  • Focus of testing is - System, Integration, UAT and Technical(Disaster Recovery/Performance) for PeopleSoft FIN/HCM/CRM implementation as well as multiple non-PeopleSoft Interfaces

PeopleSoft Functional Consultant: 1 year

  • Perform Detailed Business Process Modeling of all modules being implemented, for the purpose of identifying configuration choices that will best support business requirements, and the identification and documentation of gaps between software functionality and business requirements.
  • Lead team through system configuration, fit/gap analysis, and functional design.
  • Assist in the configuration of the software modules.
  • Development of documentation to support project activities and knowledge transfer to the process teams.
  • Assist with the testing of the software modules, including test design, documentation and execution.
  • Perform general project support and administrative tasks as requested such as issue reporting, status reporting and time reporting.
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering, fit gap analysis

PeopleSoft Archiving Architect: 9 months:

Provide knowledge transfer of what tables to archive for the modules we are running (why we should archive them and other customers experience archiving them); help with tool selection and requirements generation; proof of concept of archiving within PeopleSoft with tool of choice.

PeopleSoft QA Architect: 1 year:

  • Load testing and performance tuning architect/administrator the goal of this area is to work with the team during the testing phase of the project to provide knowledge transfer and achieve synergistic ideals.
  • Training of testing best practices with emphasis on load testing with PeopleSoft
  • Determine requirements for tool selection; help in tool selection; help in developing testing scripts; help with load testing procedures and use cases

Testing Coordinator: 9 months:

  • Well rounded background in IT and ERP implementations and understanding of testing practices as applied to ERP implementations
  • Lead and Coordinate testing effort for ERP implementation
  • Coordinate all testing processes and cycles through all test stages.
  • Development of overall testing strategy and plan to execute
  • Coordinate development of all testing plans
  • Develop test schedules to support milestone deliverables
  • Test status reporting
  • Coordinate development of test scripts and results
  • Coordinate test participants, monitor test effort , & Track and coordinate test incident resolution .
  • Leverage ERP implementation experience to coordinate an efficient testing effort.
  • Ability and willingness to learn, support and execute testing effort within an implementation methodology set forth for this client.

 

Great Rates: $75 to $90 all-in rates (exceptions considered). This is a stellar team to work with. Great atmosphere and casual workplace. Candidate can be home based anywhere that is relative to the Ohio area, but must provide their own accommodations for the length of the contract duration. US Citizens only.
