• Major communications supplier company needs RF Systems Implementation Engineer to design and implement complex radio systems that satisfy specific requirements.
• Systems involve Company and vendor equipment, and typically include IP networks, microwave links, wireless data, RF antenna subsystems, 911 dispatch and/or other custom design peripheral subsystems.
• Provide Systems Engineering support after contract award, including: final design and equipment selection, implementation and as-built documentation, factory and on-site installation support and system optimization.
• Participate in discussions with customers, consultants, vendors and other personnel as necessary to advance projects.

• BSEE, BSCE or similar 4-year technical degree
• 5-10 years experience with 6 years technical experience in Land Mobile Radio, telecommunications or related field.
• Must be able to work with other disciplines to develop and implement LMR system designs in response to customer specific requirements.

• Experience in design, two-way radio systems, microwave systems, or wireless data systems
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
• Accommodate 40-50% anticipated travel.
• US Citizen required. No sponsorship available.
