SENIOR NETWORK ANALYST Kansas Up to $80K:
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for day to day support of the network infrastructure to provide stable and dependable connectivity.
- Collaborate with associates, business partners, vendors, and IT staff to resolve hardware and software issues and escalate issues.
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software pertaining to the network.
- Provide reinforcement of clear direction and vision of management
- Participate in developing the detailed system and technical design
- Create and maintains change management requests for assigned implementations and managing the change process.
- Provide support (including off hours if needed) of assigned technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and VPN Devices for the network.
- Knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies related to the department
What You Need to Qualify:
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of system management experience within a specific technology
- Good understanding of LAN and WAN systems
- Thoroughly familiar with Ethernet, TCP/IP, IP routing, and switching technology
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows Desktop, and Windows Server Operating Systems preferred
- Must have experience working in a large corporation
