TELECOM BILLING SPECIALIST to $50K Plus:
We have been tasked with finding the best of the best for a local Rochester , NY Client. The Telecom Bill ing Specialist will assist in installation, maintenance and daily billing operations of customer installations for a growing company in Rochester , NY . In this role you will also collaborate with Software Engineers and Customer Support Specialists to help investigate and resolve customer problems.
What you will be doing:
- Making sure that customer bills are accurate and generated in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring the availability, integrity and accuracy of billing systems.
- Maintaining product knowledge by learning and being proficient on new software releases.
- Assisting and advising customer on product functionality.
- Assisting Program Management in identifying the needs of the customer that need to be addressed in order to implement their business plan on the platform.
What you need to qualify:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or Computer related field or similar with 2+ years related experience in telecom billing.
- Candidates must have prior experience with SQL.
- Desire to wow customers while solving problems accompanied with an excellent attitude and communication skills
